Well, this certainly is a day to wonder "when will winter end"? I think today in Indiana it's pretty certain Phil would not see his shadow. But that pesky devil doesn't live here. However, Phil came out of hiding in Punxsutawney, Pennsylvania and did not see his shadow -- that means we are in for an early Spring, if you believe the furry prognosticator. (which, in fact, I do). So, sharpen up those weeding and gardening tools and lube those wheels and get ready.
